Boostless and fancy free

They are everywhere. In big cities and small towns, along the coasts and in the heartland. Your family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers are amongst them. You may be one of them. I am referring to those who received “vaccines” for Covid prevention and subsequently got Covid. Many infected more than once. It is estimated that upwards of 70% of those with the jabs also got the bug. As 2023 draws towards a close the vaccinated remain susceptible to Covid and can be contagious. The former “pandemic of the unvaccinated” affects everyone equally.

Should five doses - up from the promised two in less than three years - be considered a successful medical intervention? There was a time when 95% efficacy was assured. Now the multiple recommended doses offer only vague and unproven claims of milder symptoms while studies of vaccine side effects and complications are rarely reported by mainstream media outlets. And still there is no scientific data on the long term effects of the messenger RNA experiment on humans.

It is time to change the narrative and look beyond pharmaceutical solutions for protection against SARS-CoV-2. There are natural and effective alternatives to building and maintaining robust immune systems.

Health and healing is best maintained and improved by our own personal, informed choices. Focus on Mind/Body/Spirit. Food as Medicine. Weight loss. Drink more water. Daily Exercise/Yoga/Stretching/Pilates/Tai Chi/Qigong/Meditation. Seek out alternative medicines as first choices. Discover natural immune boosting foods and supplements. Connect with family, friends and neighbors. Connect with your self. Listen. Question. Appreciate. Cultivate a rich spiritual connection. Get good sleep. Hold a child. Consult an elder. Consciously turn off screens. Move. Walk. Find engaging and fulfilling labor. Volunteer. Read. Plant a garden. Hug. Act kindly upon a stranger. Be strong, and vibrant. Be curious. Adopt a dog. Or a cat. Learn an instrument. Connect with nature. Find sunlight once a day. Or rain or wind. Get outside. Take in the awe of just how phenomenally unlikely your existence is and ponder that. Open your heart. Forgive. Sing and dance. Learn. Mentor. Trust your body’s innate wisdom. Be intuitive. Know that good health is affordable and illness is the profit-rich end goal of the healthcare industry complex. Do diligent research. Make your own best informed healthcare decisions by collecting information from multiple viewpoints and perspectives.

Let no one mandate your most personal decision - choosing your own best health.

  1. I really enjoyed and appreciated the wisdom of promoting and supporting our health. Not only is it truly safe and effective. All around it makes you feel good. Here’s to personal empowerment. Here’s to freedom of choice and individual sovereignty. Thank you for your thoughtful post.

  2. Excellent article. Yes. Dogs, gardens, hugs etc all bring me a reason to live and better health. Nice to see such a positive viewpoint. Yet, we also should be discussing the very business model of big pharma. Sickness is more profitable than health. Now, it is up to the moral compass of the decision makers at these firms, but there is an undeniable financial motive in keeping the population ill. A larger conversation should be happening by us, the healthcare consumers. The more sick you are the more pills they sell. Medication side effects promote further medications. The industry even has a term for this, prescription cascade. I couldn’t find any ill side effects being caused by your recommendations.

Thank you and keep it up Hamburger!

  3. In a world filled with 24/7 fear mongering, I appreciate these simple reminders of how simplistically beautiful life can really be. Our present moments are constantly being infiltrated by outside forces, but we always have the choice to turn off the noise, and return within. This has hopefully been a very valuable lesson to those who are open to life’s feedback

  4. Covid is 99.995?% survivable. The current strain is significantly less virulent than back in the early days. And the FDA/CDC is still recommending shots why?

  5. The jabs were never tested for their ability to stop transmission. Nor were the jabs given to the public the same ones that were studied in the clinical trials - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VH30GIjb3cg.. Officials became aware of the high rate of breakthrough infections two months after the first shots were administered yet remained silent. The current booster was custom designed to protect us from a variant now obsolete. You have to dig for real reporting and to get beyond the re-posting of government press releases. The whole vaxxie thing is a swamp unto itself.

  8. Well, it doesn't get any simpler than that to live a happy, healthy life without the use of toxic vaccinations. At this point, anyone signing up for yet another booster is either brainwashed by mass media or has no interest in peeking behind that veil of misinformation and doing a little bit of their own homework in order to make an informed decision.

  9. Nice one Robert--short, clear and to the point. What a tactful way to point out what to some is an obvious redirect of focus, away from expensively "managing and treating symptoms" to taking care of the cause of the symptoms, weak immune system caused by poor habits. I wonder if it's possible for humans in the developed world to make people more important than money and things???

  10. You are correct, they are everywhere. Even the top promoters of the jabs, Biden and Fauci, both got Covid. Fauci twice and I think Biden has had it three times. People are slowly realizing the dual narrative of safe and effective has been anything other than scientific. Focus on being healthy, not avoiding illness. In the words of Louis Pasteur: “It is not the germs we need worry about. It is our inner terrain.”

  11. Take 5000iu of Vitamin D3 daily and get out in sunshine in lieu of the chemicals. Is it foolproof? No. Yet the jabs aren't either and who knows what they really do.

  12. Drug company shareholders’ interests trump (excuse the word) people’s health. Enough of the commercials on TV that list three times as many side-effects as there are benefits for most any given medication. We have a sickcare system in the U.S. and our elected officials are complicit. And all the while they have free health insurance for life.

  13. The message was draconian and laced with fear. With unending repetition people came to believe it as truth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxh8kKqg2nk
